濕法脫硫體系中需留意的問(wèn)題!

一、脫硫塔

1、 Desulfurization tower
脫硫塔結(jié)構(gòu)型式較多,現(xiàn)在大多廠家以填料塔主,填料塔以散裝填料為多。散裝填料塔以結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)略、氣液流轉(zhuǎn)面積大、阻力小、操作彈性大和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)安穩(wěn)等特色優(yōu)于其他板式塔。近年來(lái)開(kāi)發(fā)了不少比外表積大、空隙率高、價(jià)廉物優(yōu)的填料,使填料塔發(fā)揮出更大優(yōu)勢(shì)。
